Return/Refund policy for physical books (paperback and hardcover)

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all paperback or hardcover books purchased on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Return/Refund policy for eBooks:

EBooks you purchase from dawngreenfieldireland.com are eligible for a refund if we receive your request within seven days of the date of purchase. If an eBook does not perform as described, please explain the problem so we can research and/or repair the eBook. Contact us about the problem.

Dawn Greenfield Ireland ships her physical books through the United States Postal Service. She tries hard to keep the post office afloat, and so far in the 20 years she’s been shipping the hardcovered The Puppy Baby Book, the postal service hasn’t lost one yet.

Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the book, and the distance between the shipper’s zip code (78130) and the buyers zip code. The Hot Chocolate paperback weighs 1.2 pounds. The Puppy Baby Book weighs 1.5 pounds. These weights are without the packaging and packing slip.

You can choose how you want your purchase to ship in the shopping cart and the postage will be calculated.

Author autograph is available for the paperback version.  Please indicate in the "notes" section during checkout that you would like to have your book signed by the author.  Thank you!
